Two ways we partner
We map the exact split with you on the call, once we've run your real numbers. But here's the structure so nothing's a surprise:
Option 1 — Done-For-You Partnership (we fund everything).
We pay for all ad spend and run 100% of marketing and sales. You carry zero financial risk and focus purely on coaching. In exchange, we keep 70% of revenue. Because we take on all the cost and all the risk, this is our largest share.
Option 2 — Shared Growth (you fund ads).
You cover the ad spend while we still run all marketing, sales, and optimization. You take on a bit more risk and keep more of the upside.
What happens after you apply
- 1You’ll be directed to my calendar to book a business audit (not a sales call). I’ll dig into your offer, your margins, your proof, and your market, and tell you honestly whether we can scale you.
- 2If I think it’s a fit, I take it to our team and we score your business on our internal confidence scale.
- 3If we’re confident we can get you results, I’ll run your actual numbers with you… what you’d realistically take home under each option.
- 4And if it makes sense for both sides, we’ll make you an offer.
Worst case, you walk away with an honest read on your business and what's holding it back. Best case, we build something that takes you somewhere you couldn't reach on your own.
